• Marketing and scouting:
identify new market segments and potential leads in the mechatronics sector. Analyze competitors and technological trends to propose customized solutions.
• Customer base development:
manage from the first contact proactively to the final negotiation; participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance networking, also on an international level.
• Technical interface:
collaborate with the technical and marketing management to ensure that market demands are aligned with internal skills and capabilities.
• Previous experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or technological sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and active listening ability.
• Availability for travel within the national territory and EU countries.
• Languages: excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a third language from target countries is also appreciated.
